چکیده

Bio-based ethylene produced by bioethanol dehydration is an environmentally friendly substitute for oil-based ethylene. It a low-pollution raw material that can be used to produce high-value bio-based materials. Currently, some industrial plants use first-generation (1G) bio-ethylene. However, second-generation (2G) not currently bio-ethylene because the manufacturing processes are optimized. The conversion of lignocellulosic biomass involves pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis carbohydrates, fermentation sugars ethanol, ethanol recovery distillation, and This work presents review production, analyzing stages process, possible derivatives, uses, applications. also contains technical, economic, environmental considerations in installation biorefinery northeast region Argentina (NEA).
